Old Trip Cancellation Policy

Please note: This policy applies only to registrations booked before 1/1/2020. Please refer to our updated policy for bookings on or after that date.

Any requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to: info@broadway.life. The cancellation policy is based on the date we receive this request. All refunds if any are processed 21 days after receipt of this form. Refund check if any will be mailed 4-6 weeks after the 21 day waiting period. There will be a $35 non-refundable stop payment fee for lost refund checks.

Deposits are non-refundable if the trip is happening.

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to departure, the penalty is 50% of the trip price. Within 30 days of departure, the penalty is 100%. You can reduce this penalty by submitting another passenger in your place. In this case, the refund amount will be for the total amount paid to date minus a $100 airline name change fee.

To minimize any loss and to protect yourself during the trip, we highly recommend taking out a comprehensive insurance policy that covers cancellation.
